These terms govern your use of the lead-generation service provided by Quarry, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia (“Quarry”). By booking a call, signing up, or paying an invoice you agree to them.
The service
Quarry runs outreach on your behalf — automated email and, on the Pro plan, an AI voice agent that calls prospects — to generate replies and booked appointments for your construction business. The specifics of your plan are set out when you sign up.
Plans & billing
- Plans are month-to-month, billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee.
- Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Guarantee below.
- You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing month.
Guarantee
If we don’t hit the target stated for your plan in your first full month, that month’s service fee is waived. The guarantee applies to the first full month only and assumes you provide the access, approvals, and information needed to run campaigns.
Market exclusivity
We work with one contractor per trade per market. While your account is active and in good standing, we will not take on a directly competing contractor in your market.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and the approvals needed to represent you in outreach.
- Respond to and quote the leads we deliver — closing work is your responsibility.
- Use the service lawfully and not for any prohibited, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
No guarantee of results
Outreach performance varies with market, trade, pricing, and your own follow-up. Other than the Guarantee above, we make no promise of specific revenue, jobs won, or appointment outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quarry’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
